Midco has Customer Experience Centers across our footprint to make it convenient to pick up or drop off equipment, answer questions, accept payments and more.

Masks are strongly recommended for all customers visiting our Customer Experience locations.

We're continuing to follow strict protocols that include thorough cleaning and disinfecting of all store surfaces. In addition, our team members in the stores are wearing masks and gloves to handle payments and equipment.

Psst… If you have equipment to return, you don’t need to visit us. You can just mail it to any of our store locations, and we’ll take care of it.
