Switch to Midco
Stuck in an internet, satellite or cable TV contract with someone else? We’d like to help! You may be eligible to receive up to $300 credit on your account for switching to Midco.1
- You must add at least one qualifying internet, TV or phone service that has not been active in the past six months.
- Note: Midco Limited Cable and Midco Internet 50 packages do not qualify. Contact us for specifics.
- The address for your contracted services with the other company must be the same address as the Midco service address on your account.

No. Only one contract buyout credit is allowed per customer.
You must keep your active service for a minimum of 12 months. If you cancel prior to 12 months, the credit will be charged back to your account.
If you had Midco services in the past but have not been a Midco customer for at least six months, you may still qualify. Contact us for more details.

Ready to claim your credit? Fill out this form. Make sure to have your current provider's billing statement or contract that shows the early contract cancellation cost. Note: This document must reflect the same address where you receive Midco services.
